construction quality steel tubing and plates with steel-shot
blasting of steel surface to remove oxidation* (InfiniGuard
Professional and Standard)
2. Hot-dipped galvanisation with
sand blasting of the galvanized surface (InfiniGuard Premium)
3. 15 stage cathodic epoxy
electrocoat, zinc-phosphate bath, rising and non-chromic deslant
applied (InfiniGuard Premium and Professional)
4. High-grade polyester
powdercoat (InfiniGuard Premium, Professionnal and Standard |
* Note: Steel-shot plasting not applied in the InfiniGuard Premium
process because it is not necessary as the galvanization forms a direct
bond with the steel.
